Nobody can control the stomach flu, the rainy weather, or a no good, very bad day and our cancellation policy recognizes that. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation or change and we promise to do the same.
In the event of environmental concerns (weather, trail conditions and access, learning environments) we will inform you within 24 hours that a change of plans is recommended.
Bike Camp Cancellations
Bike camp cancellations will be accepted until 2 weeks prior to the start of camp.
Any credit card refunds will be charged a 10% fee (to cover processing fees)
Safety is our number 1 priority. We require the following from all participants in any CycleAbility activity:
Liability Release Waiver: All participants will be required to sign a liability release waiver prior to any activity. Minor participants will need a parent or legal guardian to submit the waiver. Waivers are good for 1 activity. A copy of our waiver can be found here.
Helmet Use: All bike activities will require participants to wear a helmet that meets the national helmet guidelines.
